1. I inform you that I have taken into partnership with Mr. Y. Yokota, who has for many years acted as my manager. 我已请多年在我公司担任经理的横田良雄先生作为我的合伙人，特此奉告。

2. The business will be carried on as before, the name of the firm remaining unchanged. 公司名称不变业务照旧。

3. In consequence of my having taken into partnership my brother James Harrison, the business of the establishment will hence-forward be conducted under the firm of Harrison & Brother. 由于我请胞弟J. 哈里森为合伙人，今后公司更名为哈里森兄弟公司。
